Working Principle

<p>Biomass pellets are continuously fed into the combustion chamber where they undergo controlled gasification and combustion. Forced draft from electric blowers ensures complete combustion and optimal heat generation. The hot gases circulate around the crucible, heating the aluminium charge to melting temperature. When ready, the operator activates the hydraulic tilting system to rotate the furnace on its trunnion axis, pouring molten metal into ladles or moulds. Temperature is monitored via thermocouples and controlled by adjusting pellet feed rate and air supply.</p>
