The bio mass pallet furnace operates by burning compressed bio mass pellets (made from agricultural waste, wood chips, or sawdust) in a specially designed combustion chamber. The automatic ignition system initiates combustion, and the controlled air supply (primary and secondary air) ensures complete burning of the pellets with minimal emissions. The generated hot gases transfer heat through the furnace walls to the process material or through a heat exchanger for indirect heating applications. The digital temperature controller monitors the chamber temperature and adjusts the pellet feed rate and air supply to maintain the desired temperature up to 1200°C. Ash is collected in a removable tray for easy disposal.
